Myles Mansell is a true representation of what we are about at Mikkers Developments.

A quality designed and crafted home that is both beautiful and functional. Lots of room for family growth, both up and down. Having the flexibility of one level living with a walk out second floor bodes well for aging in place or caring for a physically challenged loved one. The highest quality heat pump connected forced air ventilation system is coupled with an HRV for maximum efficiency and air quality. It is hard to imagine how much storage, beauty, and efficiency can fit in just one home!

Twice the Charm!

Mikkers Developments completed the initial tenant improvement in the winter of 2021.

The clinic owners were so satisfied with the process, they called us back to do the expansion in 2023!

Both phases of Driftwood began with preliminary discussions of the client’s needs. In short order, we were able to develop a project budget. 

Using our team of consultants, we were able to put together the plans and specifications needed for permitting and construction. In very short order, we were able to complete the project ready for occupancy.

We are committed to representing our clients every step of the way, beginning with the review of the lease documents all the way to the final occupancy. We will also assist in providing budgeting for their lenders, and securing their landlord rebates after construction. 

We built this custom home in 1995. The recently retired owners wanted one floor living with a minimum amount of steps that would also take advantage of the location’s natural beauty. This durable and sustainable home served them well for 25 years.

We were able to enjoy this process again, when we rejuvenated this home back to its former glory while also updating to a more contemporary style.

The project involved new floors, updated paint in and out, updated fixtures, and landscaping. Ready for new owners for hopefully another 25 years of service! 

Custom Homes Come In All Sizes

Efficient use of space and colourful wood accents allowed us to provide a beautiful, spacious home on a small lot. The walk out second floor leads out to a beautifully detailed garden landscape, giving the owner the sense of being on vacation in her own backyard. 

Built as a first home ready for a growing family, Bellamy Link featured an open, yet very functional floor plan. Having a legal suite above the garage gave an extra level of sound control, while allowing the family full and private access to their backyard. Quality quartz counters in the kitchen, along with beautiful, landscaped grounds, took this home up a notch.
